The healing traditions of many cultures emphasize the importance of subtle energy systems that flow through the human body, affecting its health and vitality. Many of these traditions stress that balancing these energy fields can assist the body in moving towards wellness.
Energy Medicine is an innovative approach to health care. It is a way to evaluate the body’s energy systems which tells the condition of the meridians, chakras, aura and energy flow.
Helene Brecker uses muscle response testing or “energy testing” (adapted from Applied Kinesiology) to assist in the assessment and then recommends energy exercises and postures known to facilitate the movement of these energy fields towards a balanced state. Sessions usually last for 90 minutes and involve an interview, assessment and balancing.
